01 Acceptance of Terms

03 Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to maintain only one (1) active account on jl9.com. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, devices, IP addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. jl9.com employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, jl9.com reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances therein.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password.
• You must not share your account credentials with any third party.
• All activity conducted through your account is your sole responsibility, regardless of whether it was authorized by you.
• You must notify jl9.com support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to your account.
• jl9.com will never ask for your password via email, chat, or telephone.

jl9.com reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where it reasonably suspects that the information provided during registration is false, misleading, or incomplete.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on jl9.com are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). jl9.com supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, and Metrobank, subject to availability and applicable transaction limits at the time of the transaction.

Deposits: Funds deposited into your jl9.com account are held for the purpose of gaming activity on the Platform. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and may be updated by jl9.com from time to time. Deposits are generally credited to your account promptly upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider, though processing times may vary.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance checks. jl9.com processes withdrawal requests in accordance with its standard processing schedule. • Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds and must be wagered the specified number of times before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude jl9.com's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause shall prevent jl9.com from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
